To get started, select your per incident deductible: $1,000, $2,500, or $4,000 and Health Access Health Cooperative covers the bills after that, there’s no coinsurance, and no network so you can choose any doctor you like.
Members get unlimited primary and urgent care through Next Level Prime and low-deductible catastrophic protection through the Health Access Cooperative, a 100% member-owned organization.
Membership includes all your family’s urgent, primary, and preventative care on your schedule or on-demand at any Next Level Urgent Care: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, or via a user-friendly phone app 24/7.
